Cameron Lynn
Gymnastics
- Born in Stirling in 2003.
- Attended Stirling High School until 2021.
- Full-time gymnast.
- Part-time coach at West Lothian Gymnastics Club.
- Scottish senior international gymnast.
Cameron is the newest sponsored athlete here at Life Fit Wellness. He started out in gymnastics at 7 years old, and took part in many other sports as a youngster such as swimming, tennis, basketball and rugby. This included playing basketball for Scotland U14, and rugby for the Glasgow Warriors U16. Cameron also played at Murrayfield Stadium and won the Scottish Rugby U16 cup with Stirling County RFC.
At the age of 16, Cameron started to focus exclusively on gymnastics, progressing through the Scottish performance pathway programme. This led him to becoming British U16 Vault champion in 2019, coming 3rd in Pommel and 6th in the All Around during his first British Senior Championships in 2021.
To date his best results include coming 2nd in the All Around at 2021 Northern European Championships, and winning 2 bronze medals for Pommel and Vault at the same competition.
