Following a successful career as an international football player, Carolyn was guided into Physiotherapy following personal injuries which gave her a unique insight into the rehabilitation process.

Progressing from her qualification in BSc Honours in Exercise Science, Carolyn graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a Bsc (1st class honours) in Physiotherapy in 2009. She has spent time working in both private and NHS clinics and specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Carolyn is committed to ensuring her patients are offered a complete rehab package delivered with the highest quality care available.

Carolyn has worked extensively in football with the Heart of Midlothian Academy, Dumbarton FC and Cowdenbeath FC in the Scottish Championship on an ad hoc basis.

She is the current Physiotherapist for the Scotland Women’s U19 Team where she is in charge of all aspects of prehabilitation, rehabilitation and pitch side management. Carolyn completed her FIFA diploma in December 2017 and is currently working towards her UK Strength and Conditioning qualification.

When she’s not working hard at the clinic or the side of a pitch, Carolyn is a keen surfer, snowboarder and mountain biker and a member of Linlithgow Sports Club. Taking it easy eh?!
