CJ MacPhail

BSc (Phys & Sp Sci), MSc (Physiotherapy), MCSP, HCPC
Chartered Physiotherapist

CJ completed her Masters Degree in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in January 2017. Since graduating she has been working in a busy private practice treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions ranging from young athletes to keen dog walkers.

Like many of the Life Fit team, expertise in exercise is a huge component of our skillset. CJ completed a BSc (Hons) in Physiology and Sports Science in 2015 at the University of Glasgow where she developed a keen interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation.

CJ takes an individualised and holistic approach to her treatments. In line with best practice, her qualifications and coaching experience, CJ puts a very strong emphasis on exercise prescription. She encourages self management as well as using manual techniques, Sports Massage and Dry Needling to get optimal results.

Out of work CJ enjoys being outside and active, spending most weekends running in the hills, both for fun but also competitively. She also enjoys cycling and climbing but admits these are more fair weather pursuits.
