Yoga Teacher

Following a lengthy career in the restaurant trade, Clare’s yoga journey began at the turn of the Millenium and between 2002-2004 she trained at the Anahata Yoga School.

Always keen to learn more about the mind and body, Clare has also studied Mindfulness and Chi Kung.

Clare is passionate about the benefits of Yoga and how the mind and body work together to maintain a healthy and happy balanced life!
