Antenatal Pilates


Antenatal Pilates can help relieve many common discomforts experienced with pregnancy and help reduce back pain and help strengthen stomach muscles. It is a safe and gentle exercise suitable to pursue from week 12 throughout pregnancy. Our specialist Pilates classes can be taken throughout pregnancy but under the guidance of experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, Arlene Bowmaker, will be adapted as the weeks progress.
