Specially devised and led by our Chartered Physiotherapy team, this class is suitable for all levels of fitness and golfing expertise!

Concentrating on stretching and strengthening, exercises are focused on improving mobility and control, improving your game and helping avoid injury or discomfort.

Working in a small group ensures everyone is monitored closely and all individual levels are reached safely and effectively.
