Physical activity has been recognised as being exceptionally important in improving our health and health outcomes. It has been shown to reduce heart disease, stroke, some cancers, diabetes and mental health problems. This assessment will focus on your current levels of physical activity and develop a joint physical activity plan for you based on current evidence based guidance. Dr Beck is able to advise especially in the presence of any medical conditions you may have had or currently have. These may include for example: Diabetes, high blood pressure and following a stroke.
