Following a successful career in the military spanning 6 years and serving around the world, John decided to pursue his interest in fitness and became a coach in 2012.
John enjoys coaching and teaching health and fitness to all ages and abilities, from individuals to teams, tailoring programmes to ensure the client reaches the goals they are aiming for. He has worked with a range of teams and individuals from amateur football teams to international competing athletes.
John offers 1-1 sessions or small group programmes ensuring programmes for everyone to enjoy and benefit from. Alongside Personal Training, John is also a qualified Sports Massage therapist, as he understands the benefit this can bring as an injury prevention tool and for maximising recovery time between training.
When he is not working hard training others John is currently employed as Strength and Conditioning coach for Alloa Rugby Football Club, is a keen rugby player and enjoys travelling.
